Responsibilities:

• Act as technical software lead for all related projects:
• Implementations, Migration, Integrations:
  • MDM - Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, Rippling
  • EDR - SentinelOne, Sophos
  • SSO - Okta, Rippling
  • Domain Migrations
  • Email Migrations etc.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems during project execution, ensuring reliable and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and contractors to ensure successful implementation and quality delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, testing procedures, and contribute to improving project processes and standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT, technical project engineering, infrastructure deployment, or IT support roles.
• Familiarity and or expertise in SaaS stack such as Okta, InTune, Kandji or JAMF, and other startup related tooling.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex installations from planning to completion.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in software, infrastructure, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and collaborate across teams.
• Experienced in developing others—providing feedback, setting expectations, and fostering growth.

Other Details:

• Working Hours: 6:00 PM - 2:30AM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time).
• Occasional schedule flexibility to collaborate with global teams and support project needs.
