Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Talent Acquisition Lead based in Kosovo to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and drive pipeline growth for RunwayExtenders while partnering with top-tier US and UK clients in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple hiring projects, ensuring timely delivery, strong communication, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders on hiring decisions, pipeline updates, and candidate evaluations.
  • Improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows, including interview templates, feedback forms, and reporting systems.
  • Build and maintain recruitment dashboards to track pipeline health, hiring progress, candidate quality, and key metrics.
  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate outreach through job ads, social media, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain high hiring standards by prioritizing candidate quality, seniority, retention, and reduced early-stage attrition.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or recruitment leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working directly with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Experience improving recruitment processes, reporting, tools, or hiring workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, manage dashboards, and use data to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Professional, proactive, and feedback-oriented approach with clear cross-functional communication skills.

Other Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday on-site, with Fridays working remotely from home.
  • Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Kosovo Time).
  • Equipment: High-quality office equipment provided.
  • Benefits: Private health insurance included.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission
