About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing IT service provider supporting modern businesses with scalable SaaS and infrastructure solutions. They help organizations streamline IT operations, improve employee experience, and successfully manage complex technical environments.
They are looking for a hands-on, highly capable Senior IT Support Engineer/ Lead who thrives in solving complex technical challenges and leading implementations across diverse client environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end technical implementations, SaaS integrations, and migrations across multiple client environments - for example, owning an Okta deployment from procurement and configuration through company-wide rollout
- Manage deployments involving MDM (Intune, Jamf, Kandji), EDR solutions, SSO (Okta, Azure AD), and domain/email migrations, including standing up device management programs from scratch for companies with no existing infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across identity, endpoint, and SaaS infrastructure environments
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful, high-quality project delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining strong standards of execution, communication, and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, infrastructure deployment, or technical implementation roles
- Strong hands-on experience with SaaS and IT infrastructure tools such as Okta, Intune, Jamf, Kandji, Rippling, or similar platforms
- Deep familiarity with MDM concepts, including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), APNs tokens, and .mobileconfig profiles. Zero-touch deployment experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to independently lead technical implementations from planning through to successful delivery
- Strong troubleshooting expertise across SaaS integrations, identity management, and endpoint infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Prishtina / Tirana / Skopje time)
- Occasional flexibility may be required to support global teams and project needs
