Our U.S.-based client, is fast growing tech startup digitizing the home services industry. They combine vetted service providers, transparent pricing, and AI-driven automation to make home maintenance seamless and stress-free for homeowners.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support, you help new homeowners get things done in their new home. You are the friendly, go-to person who schedules services, checks that everything happens on time, and keeps homeowners updated. Your goal is to make moving in easier and less stressful by handling the details so they don’t have to.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with homeowners to understand their needs and timelines.
- Schedule jobs and coordinate with service providers.
- Track job progress, follow up on confirmations, and resolve issues proactively.
- Keep homeowners updated with timely, personal communication.
- Build lasting relationships by checking in after jobs and offering support for what’s next.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively.
- Comfortable using basic tech tools (messaging apps, scheduling platforms, tracking sheets).
Other Details
- Working Hours: 3 PM – 11 PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
- Project-based role (2-3 months)
