Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives across corporate US-based clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor while promoting the company’s cutting-edge energy management software.
- Clearly communicate the tangible business value of the software, demonstrating strong product knowledge and building credibility with prospective customers.
- Leverage proven sales methodologies to generate high-quality leads and consistently deliver well-qualified opportunities to US Account Executives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights and feedback, helping continuously improve product positioning, messaging, and overall sales strategy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in inside sales, B2B sales, software sales, or solar sales, preferably in a hyper-growth environment.
- Familiarity with technology and a quick learner when it comes to adapting to new platforms and tools.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales goals and targets in a highly competitive market.
- Fluent French is required; Spanish or German is considered a strong advantage.
- Building Performance or HVAC knowledge (nice to have).

- Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
