About Our Client

Our well-funded US client is transforming how consumers and businesses access clean energy, tackling climate change through technology at scale. This role sits at the intersection of the internal operations and is ideal for self-directed operators who take ownership, move fast, and push execution forward without waiting for instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT application integration workstream from application inventory through migration and consolidation execution
• Build and maintain the application portfolio map, including ownership, integrations, licensing, and retirement timelines
• Partner with IT, Security, Engineering, and Product leaders to define application consolidation plans and sequencing
• Manage transition plans for SaaS tools, developer platforms, identity and access management, and collaboration systems
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across IT, Engineering, Product, Data, and Security teams to minimize disruption
• Track milestones, blockers, risks, and key decisions while supporting change management and stakeholder communication during transitions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, enterprise application management, or technical program management
• Experience leading application migration or rationalization initiatives, ideally in post-merger or high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of SaaS enterprise tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage dependencies, milestones, risks, and key decisions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both executive stakeholders and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT integration activities in M&A environments
• Familiarity with SaaS-heavy engineering and enterprise technology environments
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements related to application access and management

Other Details:

• Working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
• Project-based engagement (6-month contract)
