Role Overview:
We are looking for a Mid - Senior Account Growth Manager based in Kosovo to lead new client acquisition and revenue growth for RunwayExtenders, engaging senior decision-makers in the US and UK markets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and account expansion.
- Develop deep knowledge of RunwayExtenders’ services, delivery model, and value proposition.
- Engage CEOs, founders, HR leaders, and senior operators to understand business needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, while maintaining and growing client relationships post-deal across global markets.
- Manage and forecast sales activity using CRM and sales tools, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients, driving long-term relationships and repeat business.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Account Management, Account Executive, or similar roles.
- High proficiency in English with strong negotiation and executive-level communication skills.
- Proven experience selling into the U.S. and/or UK markets, with clear understanding of business culture, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage deals end-to-end and close revenue.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commercial judgment.
- Proficient in CRM and sales platforms with responsibility for pipeline management and data accuracy.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling EOR (Employer of Record) solutions.
- Consultative sales approach with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with modern sales and collaboration tools.
Other Details:
- On-Site, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Kosovo Time.
- Equipment: High-quality office equipment provided.
- Benefits: Private health insurance.
- Salary: Base + Commission / OTE: Up to $3,000 gross/month
