Their unique approach integrates strategy, design, and execution, enabling them to deliver projects with speed, precision, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create precise and detailed models, including quick test fits, existing conditions models, and comprehensive SD/DD/CD drawing sets (such as plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules), with a primary focus on commercial interior renovations and construction documentation
  • Develop and manage Revit families, view templates, sheet sets, and detail libraries in accordance with company standards
  • Efficiently apply redlines, conduct self-reviews and peer QA/QC, and work closely with architects, engineers, and MEP consultants to ensure model integrity and handle exports (DWG, IFC, PDF)
  • Collaborate with project managers and consultants to resolve constructability and code compliance challenges
  • Work alongside U.S.-based design and project teams to ensure timely project delivery with exceptional accuracy

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of production-focused Revit experience, with a strong background in commercial interior design and construction documentation across hospitality, food & beverage, retail, and office interior projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing test fits, existing conditions models, construction documents (CDs), and architectural details
  • Ability to interpret MEP drawings and coordinate them with Architect of Record (AOR) requirements
  • Relevant experience in hospitality, quick-service restaurants, retail, or office tenant improvements/renovations
  • Familiarity with software such as BIM 360, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, Slack, project trackers (e.g., Smartsheet), and Enscape for rendering/visualization is a plus, though not mandatory
  • Knowledge of IBC, ADA, NFPA, and general U.S. permitting processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

Additional Information

  • Work Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
