About Our Client
We partner with a well-established, financially-backed U.S. design and project management firm that specializes in commercial renovations, focusing on hospitality, quick-service restaurants, retail, and office environments. Their unique approach integrates strategy, design, and execution, enabling them to deliver projects with speed, precision, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create precise and detailed models, including quick test fits, existing conditions models, and comprehensive SD/DD/CD drawing sets (such as plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules), with a primary focus on commercial interior renovations and construction documentation
- Develop and manage Revit families, view templates, sheet sets, and detail libraries in accordance with company standards
- Efficiently apply redlines, conduct self-reviews and peer QA/QC, and work closely with architects, engineers, and MEP consultants to ensure model integrity and handle exports (DWG, IFC, PDF)
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to resolve constructability and code compliance challenges
- Work alongside U.S.-based design and project teams to ensure timely project delivery with exceptional accuracy
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of production-focused Revit experience, with a strong background in commercial interior design and construction documentation across hospitality, food & beverage, retail, and office interior projects
- Demonstrated expertise in developing test fits, existing conditions models, construction documents (CDs), and architectural details
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings and coordinate them with Architect of Record (AOR) requirements
- Relevant experience in hospitality, quick-service restaurants, retail, or office tenant improvements/renovations
- Familiarity with software such as BIM 360, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, Slack, project trackers (e.g., Smartsheet), and Enscape for rendering/visualization is a plus, though not mandatory
- Knowledge of IBC, ADA, NFPA, and general U.S. permitting processes
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

- Work Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with the flexibility to work remotely from Kosovo, Albania, or North Macedonia; reliable internet access is required
