Our client, Your Impact:

Our well-funded US client is transforming how consumers and businesses access clean energy, tackling climate change through technology at scale. This role sits at the intersection of the internal operations and is ideal for self-directed operators who take ownership, move fast, and push execution forward without waiting for instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery execution, driving predictable planning, sprint execution, and release readiness across Product, Engineering, and Data.
• Lead cross-functional programs from scope definition through delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Establish operating cadences, delivery frameworks, and dashboards that provide clear visibility into roadmap health, capacity, and execution.
• Own projects, delivery tooling and data (e.g., Jira, program analytics, documentation), optimizing workflows, reporting, and decision support.
• Partner with leadership on AI tooling governance, focusing on cost visibility, responsible usage, and scalable adoption.
• Build repeatable delivery processes that scale as the company grows and integrates acquisitions.
• Act as the connective layer across teams, removing friction during planning cycles and ensuring clean handoffs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading delivery or program management in software, product (not IT or infrastructure-only).
• Track record of building delivery frameworks and operating rhythms in high-growth or ambiguous environments.
• Strong systems thinker who creates processes that scale and reduce execution overhead.
• Comfortable working across technical teams and tools (Jira/Agile required; program analytics tools a plus).
• Proactive and demonstrate ability to drive work independently, taking ownership of outcomes and influencing across teams.
