Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RunwayExtenders, you will take full ownership of the recruitment function. You will manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle across multiple roles and locations, working closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process from role intake to offer stage, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple roles.
- Act as the primary recruitment partner for hiring managers, aligning on role requirements, feedback, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Proactively source, engage, and nurture talent pools to ensure consistent candidate flow for active and future hiring needs.
- Guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process with professionalism, clarity, and timely communication.
- Monitor pipeline health, hiring metrics, and recruitment activity using tools such as LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and G Suite; continuously improve workflows.
- Take ownership of recruitment outcomes, identify process improvements, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within outsourcing or international environments.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), pipeline tracking (Google Sheets), and structured candidate evaluation.
- High level of accountability, and ownership, with the ability to operate independently.
- Strong interpersonal maturity and collaboration skills, with a client-focused and team-oriented mindset.
Other Details:
- On-Site, working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Prishtina time)
- Fridays are fully remote
- High-quality office equipment provided
- Salary: Base + Commission
