This role sits at the intersection of the internal operations and is ideal for self-directed operators who take ownership, move fast, and push execution forward without waiting for instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the systems that make delivery transparent, measurable, and proactive, providing leadership with real-time visibility into roadmap health and execution performance.
• Design automated dashboards and AI-driven reporting that replace ad hoc updates and create a single, trusted source of truth across Jira, Jellyfish, and engineering systems.
• Establish early-warning frameworks to detect blockers, dependency risks, capacity constraints, and delivery slippage, shifting the organization from reactive reporting to predictive execution management.
• Define and operationalize trusted engineering KPIs (velocity, cycle time, throughput, quality) to drive measurable improvements in efficiency and predictability.
• Design and embed AI-powered, agentic workflows that reduce coordination overhead and increase engineering productivity without increasing burnout.
• Improve visibility across infrastructure and delivery systems to surface constraints, bottlenecks, and performance drivers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering Operations, Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Engineering leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, engineering workflows, and delivery systems within high-performing technical teams.
• Deep familiarity with Jira, Jellyfish, and engineering system data, experience building automated reporting frameworks and execution dashboards.
• Hands-on experience working with BI tools, SQL, or data pipelines.
• Comfortable working with BI tools, SQL, or data pipelines (hands-on preferred).
• Experience implementing AI tooling within engineering teams.
