Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead for software and infrastructure projects including SaaS implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Work with project managers to define scope, timelines, and action plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Deploy and configure tools such as MDM (Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, Rippling), EDR (SentinelOne, Sophos), and SSO (Okta) along with domain and email migrations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems during project execution, ensuring reliable and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and contractors to ensure successful implementation and quality delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, testing procedures, and contribute to improving project processes and standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT, technical project engineering, infrastructure deployment, or IT support roles.
• Experience with SaaS and IT management tools such as Okta, Intune, Kandji, Jamf, or similar startup tooling.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage complex implementations from planning through completion.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in software, infrastructure, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and collaborate across teams.
• Highly organized and adaptable, able to balance hands-on technical work with coordination and oversight in fast-paced environments.

Other Details:

• Working Hours: 6 PM - 2:30 AM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
• Occasional schedule flexibility to collaborate with global teams and support project needs.
