Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Marketing professional to lead end-to-end marketing across content, social media, and visual design. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, goal-driven content by translating strategy into consistent execution across channels.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full content lifecycle across social media and digital channels - from ideation and design to publishing and performance review.
• Build and maintain structured content and posting calendars aligned with business goals and hiring initiatives.
• Design and deliver visual marketing assets, including graphics and short-form content, in line with brand guidelines.
• Launch and manage marketing campaigns, track results, and communicate clear insights with recommended next steps.
• Monitor industry trends and platform performance to continuously improve reach, engagement, and visibility.
• Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure marketing efforts support active hiring needs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, or marketing-focused roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and visual communication skills in English.
• Experience creating and managing social media content calendars and campaigns.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation in day-to-day work.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements.

Other Details:

• Part-time, on-site role based in our Prishtina office
• Working hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Prishtina time)
• Fridays are fully remote
• Centrally located office in the heart of Prishtina
• High-quality office equipment provided
