Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand real-world document workflows and design intelligent agent solutions that address those challenges.
• Develop, refine, and implement Python-based agents, including tailored prompt design to maximize accuracy, reliability, and business impact.
• Write, test, and improve prompts and agent logic, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and performant in production environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and internal teams to enable smooth deployment and optimal client outcomes.
• Document technical solutions clearly for internal stakeholders and customers, including status updates, implementation details, and lessons learned.
• Balance autonomy with teamwork, taking ownership of deliverables while engaging effectively with clients and collaborators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or applied AI engineering, with a strong track record building and deploying technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python and demonstrated mastery in creating clear, effective prompts and automation logic.
• Experience designing, implementing, and refining agent-based systems, workflow automation, or related AI solutions, with strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work directly with enterprise clients and clearly articulate technical work.
• Self-driven and organized, with strong ownership, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously.
