Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day customer support to sales teams and dealers by resolving inquiries, issues, and requests promptly.
• Learn key operational processes and use that knowledge to support daily workflows.
• Manage and navigate multiple CRMs and internal systems, ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and tracking across platforms.
• Prioritize and switch between tasks efficiently, supporting operational workflow while maintaining strong productivity.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support or service operations, preferably supporting internal teams or client-facing environments.
• Strong adaptability and ability to learn new processes quickly, including cross-functional workflows and tools.
• Comfort working with multiple CRMs and digital platforms, with solid technical proficiency and attention to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities effectively.

• Working hours: 5PM - 1AM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
