Our U.S.-based client, is fast growing tech startup digitizing the home services industry. They combine vetted service providers, transparent pricing, and AI-driven automation to make home maintenance seamless and stress-free for homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Building and fine-tuning workflows with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or Mistral models
• Using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vercel AI SDK to connect multiple models and data sources
• Designing retrieval and memory systems that help agents reason across internal data (CRM, outreach logs, provider data)
• Create and iterate on automation prototypes using tools like Zapier, n8n, or custom Python/Ruby scripts, later integrating them into production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect AI outputs with backend systems via clean, scalable APIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in software or AI engineering, preferably in a startup or applied AI environment.
• Proficient in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and comfortable building integrations in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Familiar with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n) and a strong interest in building agentic, AI-powered systems that scale real-world operations.

• Working Hours: 3PM- 11PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
