Our U.S.-based client, is fast growing tech startup digitizing the home services industry. They combine vetted service providers, transparent pricing, and AI-driven automation to make home maintenance seamless and stress-free for homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and ship new product features using React integrated with a Ruby on Rails backend.
• Build reusable, high-performing UI components that deliver elegant and responsive interfaces.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate concepts into polished, user-centric solutions.
• Work closely with backend and AI engineers to integrate intelligent, automated features seamlessly into the UI.
• Prototype quickly to validate new user experiences, improve conversions, and streamline complex workflows.
• Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative environment that values creativity, autonomy, and results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack development, ideally within a startup or fast-moving product company.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React (or similar frameworks) with a strong grasp of component architecture and state management.
• Hands-on experience integrating APIs and working within Ruby on Rails environments.
• Skilled in building dynamic or conversational interfaces, including consuming streaming APIs.
• A deep appreciation for design, usability, and performance optimization.
• Interest in AI-driven user experiences and making intelligent systems feel simple and human.

• Working Hours: 3PM- 11PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
