Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.This is a high-impact role for a motivated sales professional who excels at identifying opportunities, closing deals, and developing strong, long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with CEOs, HR leaders, and decision-makers to understand staffing needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close contracts with new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
- Track and report sales metrics; consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or professional services
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executives and business owners
- Proven success in lead generation, deal closure, and sales targets achievement.
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professional communication standards.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling staffing solutions or HR/professional services to mid-to-large companies.
- Consultative sales approach with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
