Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales or business development experience is required.
- Cultural Acumen: A solid understanding of the U.S. working culture is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is necessary for effective communication.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with staffing and recruiting processes is a plus.
Work Schedule
- The position operates from 10 AM to 6 PM Prishtina time.
