Responsibilities

• Own and manage key R&D projects, ensuring roadmaps, OKRs, and timelines are updated and delivered on time.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from scope definition to execution, coordinating efforts between R&D, Engineering, and SRE teams.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery from planning to post-launch.
• Optimize project management frameworks, streamline processes, and identify bottlenecks to accelerate delivery.
• Evaluate tools and solutions, recommending improvements or replacements as needed.
• Plan and coordinate All Hands meetings, ensuring agendas, speakers, and materials are prepared in advance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product or technology development within high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong understanding of Engineering, Product, and Design functions and workflows.
• Proficiency in Jira, including Advanced Roadmaps and JQL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional engineering projects.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
