Our well-funded US client is leading the fight against climate change by revolutionizing clean energy options for consumers and businesses. As a key member of their R&D and operations programs, you’ll help ensure the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of critical software systems supporting their mission.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage key R&D projects, ensuring roadmaps, OKRs, and timelines are updated and delivered on time.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from scope definition to execution, coordinating efforts between R&D, Engineering, and SRE teams.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle, including release management, incident response, service uptime, and operational reporting.
• Optimize project management frameworks, streamline processes, and identify bottlenecks to accelerate delivery.
• Evaluate tools and solutions, recommending improvements or replacements as needed.
• Plan and coordinate All Hands meetings, ensuring agendas, speakers, and materials are prepared in advance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project or program management in an operational or production environment (tech, SaaS, or R&D).
• Strong understanding of software delivery, release management, and operational sustainment processes.
• Proficiency in Jira (Advanced Roadmaps, JQL) and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional engineering projects.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
