Our Client, Your Impact:

Our well-funded US client is a design and project management company specializing in commercial renovations for hospitality, restaurants/QSR, retail and office environments. They pair strategy, design, and execution to open spaces faster with accuracy and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate and detailed models, including rapid test fits, existing conditions models, and full SD/DD/CD drawing sets (plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, details, and schedules).
  • Create and maintain Revit families, view templates, sheet sets, and detail libraries in alignment with company standards.
  • Apply redlines quickly and accurately, perform self-checks and peer QA/QC, and coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and MEP consultants. Ensure model health and manage exports (DWG, IFC, PDF).
  • Work with project managers and consultants to resolve constructability and code compliance issues.
  • Partner with U.S.-based design and project teams to deliver projects on time and with high accuracy.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Revit (4–5+ years production-heavy experience): families, worksets, templates, model quality assurance.
  • Proven experience producing test fits, existing conditions models, CDs, and architectural details.
  • Ability to read/coordinate MEP backgrounds and align with AOR requirements.
  • Sector experience: hospitality/QSR/retail or office TI/renovations.
  • Proficiency in Revit (primary), BIM 360, Auto CAD, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, Slack; project trackers (e.g., Smartsheet) and Enscape (rendering/visualization a plus, not required).
  • Familiarity with IBC, ADA, NFPA, and common U.S. permitting workflows
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Working hours: 9:00 - 5:00 PM EST (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM CET).
