Role Summary:

This role involves developing and maintaining precise Revit and BIM models, producing detailed construction documents, coordinating MEP systems, and creating high-quality renderings to support architectural and engineering projects of our client.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Revit & BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP coordination.
• Prepare complete construction document sets, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Produce as-built drawings reflecting final site conditions.
• Create detailed drawings for millwork, construction assemblies, and architectural details.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architects, engineers, and contractors using provided markups.
• Develop and maintain standard Revit family templates based on project or company standards.
• Produce high-quality interior and exterior renderings from Revit or Rhino models.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements

• Experience with Revit and BIM modeling in an architectural, engineering, or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing standards.
• Experience in MEP coordination within BIM environments.
• Ability to develop and manage Revit family templates.
• Proficiency in rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) and visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with Rhino modeling is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
