Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing platform capabilities to prospective customers in the HVAC and energy modeling space.
- Partner closely with sales teams to support the full sales cycle, providing technical expertise during discovery, solution design, and closing stages.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions, aligning product features with client needs and use cases.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, answering in-depth product, integration, and workflow questions during customer engagements.
- Support onboarding and early-stage customer success by guiding new clients through implementation and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Customer Success, or technical pre-sales role.
- Background in HVAC systems, energy modeling, or building performance software (e.g., EnergyPlus, eQUEST, or similar tools).
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and ability to quickly learn new technologies and workflows.

- Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time).
