Our client is a US-based home improvement product distribution company connecting products, distribution infrastructure, and established home improvement businesses across the United States.

As an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator, you will help keep inventory, shipping, warehouse, and fulfillment operations organized and running efficiently. You will coordinate information across warehouses, shipping partners, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring inventory and order information stays accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Warehouse coordination: Coordinate with warehouses on availability, receiving, pickups, and shipments.
• Shipping & logistics: Coordinate orders, freight, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
• Order coordination: Track orders from request through fulfillment and ensure accurate information.
• Documentation: Maintain shipping, inventory, purchase, and order records.
• Vendor communication: Coordinate with warehouses, shipping providers, vendors, and partners.
• Problem solving: Resolve inventory, shipping, and order discrepancies quickly.
• Process support: Ensure logistics processes are followed and provide general operational support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, warehouse, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with US-based companies or logistics providers preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory and shipping processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with inventory, warehouse, ERP, or order management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, orders, and shipments simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with US freight, shipping, or multiple warehouse locations.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory, or order management systems.
• Experience in home improvement, construction, building materials, distribution, or wholesale.

Details

• Work Model: Fully remote
• Working Hours: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Prishtina time.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
