FleetON is a cloud-based, all-in-one car rental management system that streamlines operations such as reservation handling, fleet tracking, maintenance, billing and reporting across devices. The platform enables rental businesses to reduce operational costs, automate workflows and integrate with major broker channels for bookings and distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
  • Own the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Track account performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, monitor pipeline activity, and represent the company at meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar client-facing commercial role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel for client meetings when needed.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous exposure to sales across the Balkans region.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and modern outreach methods.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Other Details:

  • On-site role based in the Gostivar region, North Macedonia.
  • Core working hours: 09:00–16:00 CET, with flexibility for client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for international clients or urgent needs.
