FleetON is a cloud-based, all-in-one car rental management system that streamlines operations such as reservation handling, fleet tracking, maintenance, billing and reporting across devices. The platform enables rental businesses to reduce operational costs, automate workflows and integrate with major broker channels for bookings and distribution.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager/Executive to join Fleeton team. In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement. Your responsibility will span the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals while tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, including lead generation, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop tailored presentations and proposals that align client goals with the company’s solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (support, product, operations) to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing client success.
  • Track account performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports (performance, pipeline, market trends) and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales roles such as Account Executive or Account Manager, with strong ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS products or technology-driven services, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Skilled at managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the mobility, transportation, or car rental industry, with an understanding of fleet management or rental operations workflows.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and modern outreach methods.
  • Background in managing accounts across the Balkans region.
  • Knowledge of basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI.
  • Ability to contribute effectively to product feedback and roadmap discussions.

Other Details:

  • Core working hours are 10:00–16:00 for internal coordination, with the remaining hours managed independently based on client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for international clients or urgent situations.
