Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial sales team with day-to-day operational and analytical tasks.
• Perform data entry and data validation to ensure accuracy across systems.
• Analyze and interpret utility bills to identify past-due balances and usage details.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track, organize, and report key performance and financial metrics.
• Assist with disclosure generation and documentation for commercial clients.
• Prepare and maintain data reports and spreadsheets to support sales and operations leadership.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and other departments to resolve issues promptly and maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, data entry, or administrative roles with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients, ideally in operations or sales support.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
