Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the residential sales team.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry across internal systems.
• Assist with disclosure generation and other sales documentation.
• Review and verify utility bills and customer information for accuracy.
• Support zone and address verification within assigned sales markets.
• Help manage high-priority tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in Sales Support, Onboarding, or Operations.
• Experience in US-based revenue-generating organizations.

• Working hours: 5PM - 1AM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
