Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to shape and elevate our brand’s voice. Lead social media, create engaging campaigns, and produce content that reflects our mission. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring fresh ideas to the table and execute initiatives..
Responsibilities:
- Create graphics, visuals, and marketing content that reflect the company’s vision.
- Plan and schedule social media posts to grow followers and engagement.
- Manage content for digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, newsletters, etc.).
- Track performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities that would be beneficial to the company.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to align marketing with the hiring goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in recruitment, HR tech, or professional services.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Other Details:
- Part-time: 20 Hours per week.
- Hybrid work: 2-3 days in the office.
