Your Impact:

As an experienced Recruiter at RunwayExtenders, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process. You will manage the end-to-end hiring cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates, ensuring deadlines are met and high standards are maintained. This role requires a self-driven professional who thrives under minimal supervision, builds strong client relationships, and brings new ideas to improve our recruitment function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand and identify staffing needs.
  • Develop a pool of candidates and explore new sourcing channels for our various locations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and handling interviews.
  • Ensure resumes and candidate submissions are accurate, professional, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions (JDs) for all open positions.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide a positive experience.
  • Track recruitment performance and report key metrics to the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve recruitment processes and results.
  • Deliver results on time without needing supervision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or similar.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, and take ownership of results.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English communication(strong written and spoken English).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • KPI-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment performance metrics

Other Details:

  • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • High quality office equipment provided by the company.
  • Location: Office in Prishtina.
