Our well-funded UK client is building the first network of clean, multi-energy hubs, enabling fleets to decarbonise at their own pace with fast refuelling, reliable infrastructure, and driver-friendly facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support across the organisation, including onboarding and offboarding of employees (account setup, device allocation, and account closure).
• Manage device lifecycle and asset register, including provisioning, monitoring, and redeploying hardware.
• Oversee mobile device management, OS/patch management, endpoint protection, and backups/recovery.
• Ensure security best practices across accounts, devices, and email, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Handle software license management, renewals, vendor true-ups, and service desk SLA reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace, Apple ID management, and mobile/endpoint management tools.
• Strong understanding of IT security practices (email security, endpoint protection, backup, and recovery).
• Familiarity with asset management, software licensing, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels.

• Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
• Remote work with reliable internet access from anywhere in AL, MK or KS
