Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Finance and Office Admin to lead and manage our administrative operations across Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia. This role helps keep daily operations running smoothly, supports team members in their work, and contributes to a positive and well-organized office environment. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities across countries with discretion and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations across Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia.
  • Provide administrative support to employees, including onboarding/offboarding.
  • Coordinate internal and external documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive office culture through engagement and support.
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and handle expense reporting and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and collaborate with accounting partners using tools like Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration or operations, ideally within fast-paced, international environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and administrative regulations in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia.
  • Experience with financial documentation and accounting practices
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English ( Macedonian is a plus)
  • People-oriented, culturally aware, and a collaborative team player

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with labor laws and administrative procedures in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia

Further details:

Location: On-site Kosovo (overseeing Albania & North Macedonia)
Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
