Our client, Your Impact:

Our well-funded US client is a mission-driven team united by the belief that technology and innovative problem-solving can address the challenges of scaling distributed energy assets in shared building environments. The team brings together diverse expertise, including backgrounds in real estate development, energy monitoring software, and solar industry operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end solar bill generation processing, including customer record updates and batch file management.
• Project manage QA tasks and customer service configuration requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor and manage SLA compliance, resolving support tickets within agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage API integrations for data access and services.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues using cloud-based IDEs, SQL queries, and basic Python scripts.
• Advocate for and contribute to product improvements that enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product, Customer Support) to solve operational challenges.
• Develop and optimize Service Operations processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, technical support, or project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to write and run basic Python scripts.
• Familiarity with cloud-based IDEs and API integrations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring and improving SLA performance.

Nice to have:

• Background in project management.
• Experience working in renewable energy sector.

Schedule Information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (3PM to 11PM local time in Skopje, Prishtina, Tirana).
