Key Responsibilities:
- Align the HR strategy with company, regional, and global objectives.
- Managing communication with the HR teams of our clients.
- Drive brand growth by implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Work closely with administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate promptly with employees about any issues or concerns.
- Manage HR administration.
- Manage company strategies, processes, and recommend improvements.
- Supervising and handling internal projects.
Requirements:
- Experienced in a senior HR position within international startup companies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire high-performance teams.
- Expertise in employment laws, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, preferably in a brand-focused context.
- Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal.
