About Our Client

Our client creates software that helps companies design and manage buildings that use less energy and provide a better experience for the people inside them. Their technology helps architects, engineers, and building professionals make better decisions about energy use, comfort, and sustainable design. As a BMS Solutions Engineer, your role will be to help customers understand and use this software. You will demonstrate how the software works, answer technical questions, and explain how it can help customers improve their building designs and reduce energy costs. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other industry professionals to understand their needs and show them how the software can solve their challenges.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their HVAC, BMS, energy, and building-operation challenges.
• Recommend and demonstrate solutions aligned with customer requirements and building systems.
• Support the sales team during technical discussions, customer meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Address technical questions regarding the software, its features, integrations, and applications.
• Provide customer training and support throughout software evaluation and adoption.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market needs to product and engineering teams.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of practical experience with HVAC systems, Building Management Systems, building automation, or building performance.
• Experience using building simulation software (experience with IESVE is a plus).
• Good understanding of how buildings use energy and how systems like heating and cooling work.
• Experience working with customers, providing technical support, consulting, or presenting solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics in a simple way.
• Ability to understand customer problems and help find solutions.

Other Details:

• Salary: Up to $3,000 gross per month.
• Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time).
