Our client, Your Impact:

Our well-funded US client is a mission-driven team united by the belief that technology and innovative problem-solving can address the challenges of scaling distributed energy assets in shared building environments. The team brings together diverse expertise, including backgrounds in real estate development, energy monitoring software, and solar industry operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle data integrations and keep them running smoothly for the company's billing system.
• Monitor and update key data sources (e.g., rent rolls, NEM credits, utility tariffs), ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Handle data issues through research and resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with product ops, data science, and account managers teams to make sure monthly billing is correct.
• Implement automation and internal tools to improve tasks and data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, operations, customer success, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in data management with advanced Excel, SQL, Python scripting, and API integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data tools (Hex, Jupyter, ClickUp, Sigma).
• Familiarity with utility data, proptech systems, and the energy industry.
