Our well-funded US client is a mission-driven team united by the belief that technology and innovative problem-solving can address the challenges of scaling distributed energy assets in shared building environments. The team brings together diverse expertise, including backgrounds in real estate development, energy monitoring software, and solar industry operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain external data integrations, including ELT processes, to support the company’s billing platform.
  • Monitor and update key data sources (e.g., rent rolls, NEM credits, utility tariffs), ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve discrepancies through re-ingestion or correction.
  • Collaborate with product operations, data science, and account management to enable accurate monthly billing.
  • Conduct data audits and develop quality control procedures to ensure reliable client deliverables.
  • Identify and implement automation, internal tools, and scalable process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, operations, customer success, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data management with advanced Excel skills, SQL proficiency, and Python scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, data ingestion, cleaning, and validation from diverse sources.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for task automation and process optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data tools (Hex, Jupyter, ClickUp, Sigma), quality control, auditing, and process automation.
  • Familiarity with utility data, proptech systems, and the energy industry.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
