We are seeking a driven Tech Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position in Kosovo offering competitive pay and lucrative bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Master our sales system and quickly adapt to new markets, products, and sales techniques.
- Engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls to schedule product viewings (details to be provided upon training).
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and management for ongoing development and improvement of sales strategies.
- Take ownership of your performance and be a self-driven, go-getter in a remote work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills – near-native proficiency is essential.
- Previous sales experience required, preferably in the US or international market.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work setting with minimal supervision.
- A proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn and adapt.
