Your responsibilities
- Drive the customer support lifecycle, starting from analyzing the issues, finding the root cause, suggesting the solution and following through to the resolution of the issue in a timely manner.
- Develop comprehensive timelines and ensure that milestones are met, ensuring efficient progress and successful completion.
- Communicate both verbally and written from an internal and external perspective to work cross functionally to drive issues to resolution.
- Develop KPI reports and metrics and prepare documentation to support customer.
Job requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proven ability to coordinate team efforts resulting in successful outcomes.
- Strong comprehension of Distributed Energy Resources and the associated market dynamics.
- Highly organized with the capacity to self-manage tasks and operate with minimal supervision.
- Background in renewable energy, electricity markets, or energy policy.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technically challenging environments, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service through system demonstrations, training, and technical assistance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with APIs
- Experience working with Database technology (Access / SQL)
- Experience in data aggregation, energy management, ESG report or provider tariffs

- Hybrid position working with US teams based in Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina, Tirana local time)
