Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated IT support across multiple clients and industries, handling day-to-day technical issues and requests.
• Assist in IT project deployments, including MDM rollouts, network configurations, and device setups for Mac OS and Windows.
• Oversee IT assets, inventory, cable management, and equipment shipments including on/off-boarding equipment.
• Configure and support identity and access platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace, ensuring secure application access.
• Maintain and update IT standards, policies, and documentation to meet compliance needs
• Perform general IT support and ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting both Mac and Windows environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and collaborative professional with a strong passion for technology and continuous improvement

• Working Hours: 9AM- 5PM (Prishtina, Tirana, Skopje time)
• Private health insurance

• Start Date: January 1st, 2026
